Assistant Professor Xiaohui LI works in the field of fiscal law, specializing in budget law、government purchase law and public debt law, teaching Chinese Budget Law，Government Purchase Law and Public Debt Law. He published many articles and books in his research area. He was a visiting scholar at Law School of Chicago University in July of 2012 and July of 2013, attended the summer schools of “Property Rights and Private Law” and “New Tools in Law and Economics”.
