Liu Liantai, doctor of law, is a law professor of law school at Xiamen University, tutor of Ph.D. student, serves as director for institute of public law at Xiamen University, Councilman for China Law Society Institute of Constitutional Law, and also be the visiting professor of Guizhou Normal University and Tibet University for Nationalities. He teaches China Constitutional Law, China Administrative Law, Comparative Constitutional Law and Human Rights Law. He is an outstanding teacher who loved by the students and always impressed his class by the profundity of knowledge and personal charm. Professor Liu has presided and took part in many national research programs, the extraordinary capacity of research and study has resulted in productive achievements. Meanwhile he also received lots of honors. Professor Liu has established himself as a nationally recognized figure in the field of Taking law, especially on the comparative research between China and America. His articles are often cited and reproduced by other scholars, and the opinions influence broadly.
