Experiences
She started working in School of Law of Xiamen University after graduation in 1983. She obtained PHD Degree of Law in Xiamen University in 2004 and get promoted to professor in 2001. She was a visiting scholar of University of London. She was honored “Legal Talent in Fujian Province” in 2012. She is currently holding the position of dean of Xiamen University Law School and director of the Center of Science of Legislation of Law School. She is also occupied as the vice president of Chinese Association of Science of Legislation, the standing director of Chinese Association of Jurisprudence, the president of Association of Jurisprudence of Fujian Province, the vice chairman of Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of People's Congress of Xiamen, the legislative Consultant for Beau of Legal Affairs of Xiamen and the Standing Committee of People's Congress of Xiamen.
