Dr. Wang works in the field of commercial & civil law, specializing in commercial registration, corporate governance, partnership, corporate bankruptcy, private equity, informal finance and female rights/interests protection etc., teaching Chinese Corporate Bankruptcy Law, Civil Law, and Intellectual Property Law. She published numerous articles and two books in her research area, especially using the interdisciplinary research methods such as law and economic, sociology of law. Dr. Wang was a visiting scholar at Amsterdam University Law School in 2011-2012, and at Inha University Law School (South Korea)in April 2013. She also served as a legislative counsel of Xiamen Municipal Government and an arbitrator with the Xiamen Labor Dispute Arbitration Commission.
