Working Experience:

She was graduated from South-West Legal University in 1987, and then became a teacher of North West University, being engaged in analysis and education. In 1995, because of her distinguished working she was promoted associate professor, and then, in 2000 she became professor of law. In 1998 to now, she is the advisor in the field of Economic Law and Civil and Commercial Law. Now she still takes the office of council member of China Law Society.

As an advisor for 19 years, She has presided for undergraduates and graduates Corporation Law, etc. In her effort, the net panel courses Commercial Law was singled out as one of the University’s top-quality.

In the aspect of law theory, 17 books such as Corporation Law, Securities Law and Commercial Law, etc. had been written. On the Theory Column of China Law Science and Guangming Daily, Modern Law, Law Science respectively, more than 80 theses were released ,such as Law Features on Author’s Right, Knowledge Economy and Intellectual Property Protection, Study on legislative questions of Hi-tech Indusrty, Limited Liability System and Piercing the veil of Corporations. Of which, some were entirely reprinted by Economic Law and Civil Law of copy material of People’s University of China, and some were extracted by College Philosophy Science.

She once chaired Law-ecomomic approach on Limited Liability System, a subject of National Social Science Fund, and more than 20 social science subjects at the level of province or ministry.
