Research and publication

Her representative publications were issued on China Legal Science, Modern Law Science (Xiandai Faxue), Science of Law (Falv Kexue), Political Science and Law, Law Review, Journal of Xiamen University (Arts & Social Science), etc. And some of these works were been reprinted and extracted by The New Chinese Digest(Xinhua Wenzhai) , Chinese Social Science Digest, China University Academic Abstracts(CUAA), Replicated Journal “Procedural law and Judicial System” of Information Center for Social SciencesRUC. Professor Zhang is the author of book Judicial Discretion in Fact-finding: Centraled on Civil Procedural and chief editor of Evidence Law, Cases Studies on Procedural Law. In addition, Professor Zhang has been the principal investigator for many research projects, including, but not limited to “A Study on the Relationship between Judicial and Political in perspective of China under the Rule of Law”, Program of National Social Sciences Fund of China, 2014, and Humanities & Social Science Project “A Study on Mainland China People’s Court Judicial Activism System”, supported by Ministry of Education of PRC, from 2010 to 2013, etc.

Professor Zhang is the member of China Academic Society of Civil Procedural Law, vice president of Fujian Civil Procedural Law Research Association, part-time lawyer of Fujian Fidelity Law Firm, as well as the arbitrator of Xiamen Arbitration Commission.
