Office Hours for 2016/2017 AY Winter Break 2016/2017学年寒假办证时间通知

各位同学：

2017年春季假期将从1月18日开始，2月9日结束，其间1月27日至2月2日为法定春节假期。为方便海外学生办证，现将我处的办证时间作如下安排：

1月办证时间：

1月20日 、26日

2月办证时间：

2月7日

办证地点：思明校区嘉庚3-508办公室

工作时间：上午 8:30-11:30，下午3:00-5:00

为避免逾期罚款，请在签证到期前带齐材料前往我处办理。

Dear Students,

Special office hours for visa-related application will be adopted during the winter break, from Jan.18th to Feb.9th, 2017. Local offices/bureaus will have 7 days off, from Jan.27th to Feb. 2nd for the 2017 Spring Festival.

Services will be available in Room 508,Jiageng 3, Siming Campus on:

Jan.20th, 26th, Feb. 7th

Office Hours: 8:30a.m.~ 11:30 a.m, 3:00 p.m.~5:00 p.m.

Please pay attention to your visa issue and its expiration date.
