Highlighting the various stages of change in the legal arena and policies of countries and regions of the world, the lecturer adequately briefed the participants on statistical and sequential progress of development by way of investment agreements within China and the USA. Further emphasis was also placed on the order and ordering nature of policies within specified circles of development.
With the educative session being very interactive, it was never shy of thought provoking questions as participants were eager to probe into Benedict Kingsbury’s assumptions and assertions. Notwithstanding the seemingly short duration of the lecture both lecturer and participants were happy and genuinely satisfied with the level academic discourse that had prevailed at the session.
