On the morning of October 30, Mr Jinying Zhan, China law legal consultant of Zhan Law Office, graduated in School of Law, Xiamen University in the year of 1995 visited the law school. Vice Dean Professor Zhu Yansheng and Linda Dong the international coordinator welcomed the guest in meeting room 419.
Vice Dean Zhu introduced the development of law school in recent years especially its internationalization. Mr Zhan is also alumni of Colleges of Law, The University of Iowa. He would like to help connect two law schools in terms of faculty and students exchange as well as academic programs collaboration. Mr Zhan will also assist in providing more opportunities of legal practice for Chinese students in Iowa, on one hand giving Chinese students more chance working in America and on the other hand introducing the development of law in China to the legal filed in the US.
Vice Dean Zhu expressed his willing, on behalf of law school, to cooperate with Colleges of Law, The University of Iowa, a well renowned research university worldwide, and cooperate in China’s key case translation.
